Take an enjoyable cocktail cruise prior to anchoring in a secluded cove, where you and your company will have dinner alfresco prepared by Chef Joe. After dinner head to the front deck where you can relax and watch for shooting stars.

Price is $150 per person subject to a minimum charge of $400. We can take up to 6 people. A three course meal, cocktails, house wine and beer are included . We will take requests for specific wines and champagnes at an additional charge. Crew Gratuity (Recommended 15% of the charter fee)

We depart at 5:00pm from Red Hook, St. Thomas or Cruz Bay, St. John and return at 9:00pm.

finished with a balsamic reduction.

Sautéed shrimp baked in garlic herb butter topped with havarti cheese
served with a warm baguette.

Yellow fin tuna grilled & topped with a toasted sesame honey soy glaze
served with Asian sweet black rice and vegetable.

Marinated Pork Tenderloin with a banana ginger salsa
served over a pyramid of risotto.

Beef Tenderloin in a shitake port mushroom sauce
with roasted rosemary new potatoes & grilled vegetables.

Roasted Garlic mango cream sauce with chicken over linguine.

DESSERTS

Baked seasonal fruit crisp topped with crème fraiche.

Deep Dark Mocha Fudge Torte with fresh whipped cream.

Bosc Pears poached in white wine and smothered in an almond crumble.
